@RepMTG I voted for you - twice... However, you seem to be losing sight of some FACTS in your claims. FACT: The minerals to be mined in Ukraine are RARE EARTH MINERALS not available in large quantities in the US, mostly sourced from CHINA. Some of those minerals are in critical shortage.
