@loganzuber17 Buy subject to or owner finance from the seller. Take title. Then rent to own to your buyer but apply all of the payments 100 percent to principle. Basically you will be owner financing to your buyer and you get to hold title until pay off your seller. Then sell to buyer.
@IndexandETFs @smellsofbourbon Most accidents happen because we are inattentive. We are not concentrating on the task at hand. We are worried about life, college tuition, family drama, etc. We have much more influence on the outcome of the accident than the randomness and of it happening. Your in control.
@IndexandETFs @smellsofbourbon Accident: Well I’m sure I’ll get some hate for this but those can be avoided too. Did you plan your day? We’re you rushing out the door to get where you were going and fall down the steps? We’re you driving distracted thinking about everything you need to get done today?
@IndexandETFs @smellsofbourbon Death: Are you prepared? Have you made the tough decisions that will allow your family to survive once your gone. Are you insured? Have you taught your husband/wife, children, loved ones the lessons they need to continue on in life? If you haven’t why not? Your in control.
@IndexandETFs @smellsofbourbon 2. Job loss: How good are you at your job? Are you a top producer? If you are your not losing your job. Even if you do, you will find another job (probably a better one). If you are average at your job you put yourself at risk. Your in control.
@IndexandETFs @smellsofbourbon 1. Economic crash: These are opportunities for those who are prepared. While society is unsure and playing defense if you are prepared you can take advantage of opportunities while everyone else is retreating. You are in control of your level of preparedness.
@IndexandETFs @smellsofbourbon I will agree that these events can be life changing in a negative way. I believe you have control for the most part. I will take these one by one.
@JtxRei While I agree I value in this order: income, savings/checking accounts and amount of debt (credit report). The score to me is just a bonus. I tend to look past student loan and medical debts as long as their other accounts are current. These factors greatly reduce credit scores.
