@SamsungUS has a separate Promotions Department (3rd party?) that approves promotions, but doesn't fulfill them. Even escalating an issue doesn't get responded to. "I see the escalation in the system nearly 3 weeks ago, and no response from management. Let me escalate it again.

When considering a product purchase, people look at promotions offered. If you don't get that promotion, then it reflects negatively on that company. @SamsungUS is not fulfilling promotions on products purchase this summer, so let that impact your CyberMonday purchasing.
