To prepare for Sunday’s 1am kick-off I’m getting on it tonight.
And every night for the next 3 days.
Call it altitude training.
If the lads can do it so can I.

Deny Ukraine membership in NATO, cut aid to Ukraine, promise Putin Donbas, praise Putin after he helps Iran, and now consider pulling troops out of Germany. How many gifts can Trump give Putin?
A second Russian vessel carrying stolen Ukrainian grain is approaching Haifa, Israel.
Israel previously accepted grain cargo from another Russian ship despite prior warnings about its origin. Ukraine formally requested the vessel’s arrest as soon as it entered port, but Israeli authorities issued a response only after the ship had already departed, stating that no action could be taken because the vessel was no longer in Israeli port.
And now, the second Rusian vessel with Ukrainian grain is en route to Haifa.
Across the UK, users are resurfacing wartime clips from Afghanistan to push back Donald Trump’s assertion that British forces “stayed back from the front lines,” pointing to footage of Prince Harry operating in live combat zone.
Finland President, Alexander Stubb:
Look.
What has Russia achieved in the past four years?
It has acquired about 20% of Ukrainian territory through warfare. In doing so, it has suffered roughly 1 million killed and wounded. It has reduced its sphere of influence.
You can see Central Asian countries distancing themselves. You can see the Southern Caucasus detaching from the Russian empire.
Look at the Russian economy now. Based on inflation rates from the first two weeks of the year, inflation is heading toward 30%. Interest rates are at 16%. There is zero growth. Reserves are gone. There will be an inability to pay soldiers when the war ends.
I am more worried about Russia’s unwillingness to end this war because it cannot afford to do so, than about Russia’s ability to win it.
Let’s keep things in perspective. NATO has not entered the scene, and Russia has not been able to advance over the past four years as much as expected.
This war has been an utter strategic failure for President Putin. He expanded NATO. He made Ukraine European. He increased European defense budgets.
And now we ask ourselves, nervously, are we able to defend ourselves?
My answer is yes. We are.
Spanish PM Sanchez:-"A US invasion of Greenland would make Putin the happiest man in the world. Why? Because it would legitimize his invasion of Ukraine. If the US were to use force in Greenland, it would be a fatal blow to NATO. Putin would have double reason to rejoice."
Russia is taking out America's top intelligent officers by inflicting traumatic brain injuries with high powered microwave projecting devices that fit in a backpack.
Russian soldier to his sister: "They send us as cannon fodder while commanders sit in bunkers shouting 'Forward!' They shake us down for money, fill their pockets, then send us to die so we can't come back for what's ours"
