@AmericanAir possibly the worst customer service experience! Left me and family stranded in Athens. Promised a refund within 7 days. It’s now been 14 days and no refund still. they tell me my confirmation code isn’t valid?! Can’t talk to a live person. Horrible!!!
@Avis remember when you made me and my kids pick up a car in Miami from a muddy parking lot with a homeless guys bed right next to the car and a pile of trash and beer cans spewed all around? Remember over a week ago when you said you would call me within 72 hours and you didn’t?
@Avis after being told a manager was coming to meet me at my car and didn’t show up, a week ago Nick from your Twitter team said I would get a call within 72 hours. It’s now been over 153 hours and no call like promised. #EpicFail
@Avis - Customer service was horrible! Asked for a manager who refused to come out. Reached out to customer service for a callback and nothing. I would still love to talk to someone about this.
