To be clear, coming from the Queens side isn't just "highway-like" - it is an ACTUAL highway. One must traverse multiple JRP on/off-ramps, a terrifying tunnel, narrow sidewalks, unfriendly x-walk timing. Stop prioritizing private vehicle access to our closest large green space!

Nice try, but no. This is an improvement that benefits our Brooklyn neighbors only. NO ONE who's visiting Highland Park from Queens gets there this way. You need to fix access to HP and the reservoir for folks coming via Cypress Ave & Cypress Hills St. Do it now! @NYC_DOT
