@STI_Bret@MissStateHomer@BOGBackup1 The legacy programs dominating every year. In the four years we’ve had NIL, there have been eight unique participants in the National championship game..
That means not one team has repeated a trip to the NCG.. I’m trying to understand what could possibly be better than that.
@MissStateHomer@BOGBackup1 in four years of NIL we have seen eight unique participants in the national championship game..
Eight in four years.. Thet means not one repeat team
How is it bad for college football?
@baamaaaa@wthomassports@SteveR721 So a commitment day flip after being crystal balled by very accurate analysts to Iowa is not fishy!? That bias is showing real hard right now
@baamaaaa@wthomassports@SteveR721 It was said it wasn’t true that Alabama never poached player. Yet he quite literally poached him from Iowa the day he was supposed to sign.. those last minute “we’ll bump your NIL payment” call worked real well… yet it still resulted in nothing 💀
@wthomassports He never once said no to a raise and was consistently a top three paid HC, and consistently advocated for his own coaching staff to get raises..
Why didn’t he worry about draining school resources then? Because he never cared until the status quo was shaken
@LandryclarkTE1@S3ALES@Asgurokelsm67@SeamusMcRizzle@FoxNews I’ve advocated for a long time that the only proper format for a playoff is that every FBS conference champ gets an autobid so yes, you’re being disingenuous by creating false narratives.
@TheBearsBurner I’ve said it a thousand times, and I’ll say once more:
If the National championship this year was a combination of Texas/Alabama/Ohio State/Georgia this entire conversation never really happens except on the fringe of the CFB fandom.
They’re mad that the status quo is shaken
@B89Adam “Almost no injuries”
Wasn’t Indiana playing their third string OL and WRs at one point?
The defense had so many injuries that Daley injured himself while celebrating after the Rose Bowl 💀
@RMGBuckeye4Life If the championship this year was a combination of Texas/Ohio State/Alabama/Georgia, this conversation becomes a debate topic for sports shows, not a debate in Congress…
The status quo is rocked and they’re pissed.
@RMGBuckeye4Life They rigged the game against TCU/Boise State/Okla State in the 2010s because they couldn’t have a non-legacy program rise up.
Now NIL allows anyone to compete and they’re pissed off a non-legacy program actually won.
