Table of contents of my #amiga game cracks, focusing on Amiga games using physical documents copy protection schemes such as "Please consult your manual: page 3, paragraph 2, word 1".
Happy to crack any such game you send my way, or help modify #WHDLoad scripts accordingly.
@davepl1968 I've had it code 6502 ASM and machine language. It has gotten pure machine code correct, but I found it better if it generates ASM that is then assembled with a known assembler. Helps reduce bugs
Their Finest Hour - Battle of Britain by LucasFilm, 1990. The copy protection is deeply imbedded in the game, in the form of a code wheel to โtune your radioโ.
Ironically, the more complex the password protection, the simpler it is to bypass.

@Estharon@exQUIZitely That's 10% of the picture, so to speak. Even the apple 2 with 6 colors needed 8k per screen. This has reused sprites, compression, procedural generation, etc... look at today's demoscene to understand some of the techniques
@camiloDelCodigo@FerroRapax Oh man I so hate CGA :). I grew up on the Apple, and anyone with a crappy CGA PC always wished they had a C64, maybe an Apple, or ideally a new 16 bit machine. No one wanted to game in CGA!
Btw, did you see Beastie's 16 color Apple Ultima II version from '86?
@camiloDelCodigo@ultimadragons They're very different. The first is Ultima I/II vibes from '82. If your game is deeper than this basic stuff then the graphics style is detrimental.
Also if you are hell bent on using CGA, provide alternate palettes.
