Trump’s threats to directly join the Israeli aggression against Iran are extremely dangerous.

We need mass protests, workplace strikes, and mass civil disobedience to halt this horrible escalation of war and bloodshed. We need an immediate and complete end to all U.S. military funding to the Israeli state, which is driving this escalation alongside the Republican and Democratic warmongers in the U.S.

Working people and poor and oppressed communities are the ones who will pay the cost of further expansion of the horrendous conflict in the Middle East.

One third of the world’s population is surviving under U.S. sanctions. The U.S. is unilaterally blocking entire nation states from food, fuel, medicine and the necessary capital to invest in infrastructure.

What gives the U.S. any authority to control the very livelihood of other nations? Or to subject the rest of the world to the misery it subjects the majority of its people- the poor and working class?!

Cuba is experiencing a critical time and more frequent power outages than in previous years, as a result of the blockade and the U.S. insistence in keeping Cuba in the list of states sponsoring terrorism. But it is not Cuba that has financed terrorist acts across the globe as we are seeing in Palestine and the Middle East. It’s U.S. empire.

Our demand to the U.S. government administration is to take Cuba off the list of states that sponsor terrorism and lift the blockade that has stolen billions of dollars from the Cuban economy for the last 60+ years.
