@miekstaon This course has us make an end-of-semester project where we have to lecture on a topic in modern control systems. I chose model predictive control and decided to make a MATLAB simulation for it and I simplify it by assuming constant acceleration for each time step, so kinematics.
@miekstaon All the displacement and velocity values are discrete and in columns. There are like matrices and stuff so you know it has to be more complicated. I can probably make this more readable by just putting words in the subscript like ‘next’ and ‘previous’
@RealYouTubeKids Or, if you forget your times tables for some reason, multiply x by 10 and then subtract x, I think it’s just as easy and perhaps more useful to teach than memorizing a trick.
@miekstaon I hate to be a Santa denier but wouldn’t special relativity make things more difficult for Santa? Since he’s traveling at such an incredible speed, we observe his journey as taking more time, so he actually has even less than one full night to deliver presents.
@engineers_feed The laziest and most efficient approach to many geometry problems is to just establish a Cartesian coordianate grid, two simple lines intersect to form a triangle with a height of 2/3 and a width of one, all within a square with an area of one.
@SquallJoey6464 @gremIin__ Exactly, there is no logical symmetry to his punishment, if you deserve to have your life ruined, it should be because you ruined someone else’s. What he did was still terrible though of course.
