Can be found amongst the idyllic bluffs of the Rock River with gelbvieh cows producing @ringbrosbeef . Tell me your irrational passions. Writing @ringfamilyag
Over 7,000 commercial driving schools out of 16,000 total have been kicked out since September. That’s 44% deemed fraudulent, out of compliance, or inactive.
I got audited in December for my private license and passed.
Staggering numbers.
@GGunthorp I’m in N IL and every tillable acre I’m running is cow feed. Zero corn. About half the acres will have a cow grazing it in July/August at some point too.
We do not claim to have complete freedom in America. We have liberty. It’s not the same.
Too many people haven’t put enough thought into what makes a country a country. Border restrictions are on that list. Trade and immigration restrictions are needed to consider yourself more than a banana republic.
Rock and cement are turning into a requirement to “winter” cows in N IL.
We might as well delete the term “winter” and extend spring mud season all the way back to the beginning of December instead of starting it in March.
@whatifalthist People don’t call you names because it’s true, they call you the names they wish were true, or that they believe will be successful. Most do not realize this is what they are doing. Same with these cliches.
Speaking as someone who spent years living in Europe while I defended them with millions of other Americans because they were unable to do so on their own, you need to understand something about Europeans.
The existence of America humiliates them, as it should.
It absolutely crushes them to know that America has exceeded them by every metric, yet America doesn’t even bother to hate them. America just doesn’t think about them at all. If we hated them, they could at least imagine that they were worthy of our attention. That we don’t give it to them, that we take them for granted as quaint has-beens with silly customs, but good wine and beautiful churches (that no one alive built), shatters their ego. And ego is all they have left. Their continent and culture are dying. They can’t be bothered to breed, and they’ve imported their conquerors where their greater fathers would have beaten the invaders back.
Every time they look up and see the moon, they know we’ve been there, and they never will.
@brim006 The place I send them to get fixed in Wisconsin at the factory only takes two days of shipping. Seems like close enough to home for me when yellow builds stuff in china too and red has a better lineup.
@Kirk_Koinzan You’re right, and I benefited from having my calves custom fed this year to put those extra pounds on with cheap corn. If I had to see them every day I would have been wanting to send them to town.
