Someone help with this!
My business is fully legitimate and we have worked so hard as a really small team to try and solve all problems and we have now!

Can someone please look at all evidence and just release our funds at least or reinstate us?

@ReignBenjis @AlexTamano I’ve got stores running on other platforms but none of them generating as much as Shopify was

Can someone from @Shopify help me with this please?

I have been running this store on Shopify recently, and it’s similar to a shop I’ve ran elsewhere for a really long time. I have over £32,000 locked up and my account has been disabled because I put the wrong legal name.

[ripperzz @Ripperzz_]

@AlexTamano The thing is that my chargeback rate has went up quite a bit after it got disabled since many of my customers couldn’t track orders using shop due to shop being disabled for my shopify and a lot of them started opening chargebacks
