Many drugs work by binding to a specific target in the body and blocking or changing what it does. An important first step in the drug development process is designing a molecule that can bind tightly to its target. Traditionally, that's meant weeks or months of expert work per target, sifting through a large number of candidates to identify the few that work.
We wanted to test if Claude could successfully design novel protein binders from scratch (also called de novo design). With a protein design prompt written by a human expert, Claude autonomously designed protein binders against 14 out of 15 targets.
We then worked with Adaptyv Bio and Twist Bioscience, who independently built and tested the proteins Claude designed.
@sridharfyi screenwriting apps haven't evolved in 25 years, and every tool still only handles formatting even though it claims as "writing". As a writer and as a PM I disagree with that. ideating, planning and execution live somewhere else entirely.
@sridharfyi building https://t.co/rpfInifDhP, the enterprise creative OS for studios, writers & content creators. https://t.co/rpfInifDhP takes a voice note all the way to a produced shoot: script, call sheets, pitch decks, location bookings, lookbooks all handled in one place. (1/2)
@myprasanna and team have basically solved engineering. i can sY this having shipped 30% of the backlog in a week.
thanks for building this and for letting me access this one hell of a tool.
@hardeep_gambhir Hey @hardeep_gambhir!
Super stoked about this one.
Iβm a filmmaker working at the intersection of AI and storytelling. Built something I think could be super valuable for your festival participants, especially around the script-to-AI-video workflow. Just dropped you a DM.
I remember in an interview with @baradwajrangan where Vetri had mentioned about how he is interested in the Irony of Life. Now it makes sense :)
