@HDFCBank_Cares If a bank refuses to give an acknowledgement for a credit-card application, even though its own Fair Practice Code promises it, this counts as a service deficiency. I can first only complain to the bank, and if unresolved, escalate it to the RBI Ombudsman.
Hi @airindia and @goibibo, my booking from Singapore to Mumbai (Air India flight) via Goibibo shows confirmed, but both passengers have the same e-ticket number and the PNR is not retrievable on Air India’s site. Please check and confirm both e-ticket numbers.
