Why is it that cashapp doesn't make it users aware that they will be locked out of their funds if they move outside the country. I have funds stuck with cashapp that I unable to access because of this policy. Cashapp needs to give me access to my money.

My claims handler Symmone Bradley has gone completely AWOL and hasn't been responding to my emails in over a month. She has done this before too. She currently knows I'm out of the country and is talking advantage of the situation as I am unable to call.

@Uber_Support the uber chat feature is not being helpful. Brink back the call option. The agents do not help and respond to a completely different issue every single time. When I try to bring it up again then end the chat stating I've already been helped
