Most B2B founders are making a massive math error.
They think scaling sales means hiring more human SDRs.
It’s the most expensive way to buy a "maybe."
Here is why the 10-person sales floor is a legacy model. 🧵
Over the last 7 months I’ve completely stopped paying for any tool.
The only subscriptions i pay for now are Claude and Google Antigravity.
I build whatever tools and plugins i need using them.
The true mark of a contributor isn’t who they are… it’s what they’re able to contribute.
Overwhelming to watch people who once helped behind the scenes at Web3Events now pull off one of the best Ethereum conferences and hackathons in the entire country.
Mitra Mandal, hands down one of the best contributor teams we’ve ever seen. Kudos to every single one of you.
We’re truly honoured to call you friends.

In 2026, volume is a commodity. Context is the only leverage.
Stop buying "Bot Spam." Start building intelligence.

Most B2B founders are scared of AI because they’ve been burned by "Bot Spam."
They think AI means sending 10,000 generic outbounds that all start with "I saw your profile."
That’s not AI. That’s just a faster way to burn your domain reputation. 🧵
When the data is this specific, the "AI" label disappears.
It just sounds like an expert who did their homework.
The goal isn't to send more emails. It's to send more meetings to your closing table.
had a wonderful time at @ethmumbai over the last week!
attended insightful talks, met a lot of folks including the Devcon team and made new friends in the city!
next stop @EFDevcon :)
Hey Brian, it seems my post was a little misleading but I'll still explain you the flow, not a believer in gatekeeping. So we find the lead first and then map the context collection loop on the lead.
So it looks something like this,
Lead > Context Status? > Empty > Context collection.
lemme know if it helped!
Most B2B sales agencies onboard clients by asking for a lead list.
We onboard clients by mapping their bespoke infrastructure.
Currently building out an agentic system for a new partner.
The goal: 15,000 hyper personalised touchpoints a week without adding a single human to the payroll. 🧵
This is the difference between a "tool" and a "studio."
One is a subscription you pay for.
The other is an asset you own.
Building the future of SDR less acquisition from the Mac.

The Science of the Art.
I’m currently engineering the recursive research loop for this system.
It doesn't just "find" leads. It "thinks" through their recent social media posts and company news before drafting a word.
Context is the only thing that scales today.
@briandonatiello in a world where Siri answers every unknown number and you're sent straight to voicemail, cold calling is just labour without any output.
Most B2B founders think "more activity" equals "more revenue."
It doesn't. It just equals more noise.
If your sales process requires 400 hours of manual labor a month to hit your numbers, you don't have a system.
You have a management debt problem.
Cold calling is for people who haven't mastered data.
Stop buying "hustle." Start building assets.
Most lead gen agencies want to rent you their "hustle."
They hire cheap labor, charge a $5k retainer, and hide the process.
When you stop paying, the leads stop coming.
That’s not a partnership. It’s a tax. 🧵
