@virgilwalker Brother, love you and appreciate G3 ministry.., but can you do something about all the calls and emails G3 is doing regarding this conference? My household alone, including my 11 yo son, has received ~ 50 contacts in past 2 weeks from G3.
7 truths that anchor our soul:
1. God is still sovereign.
2. Christ is still reigning.
3. The Spirit is still interceding.
4. The church is still growing.
5. Scripture is still teaching.
6. The gospel is still saving.
7. Glory is still coming!
@Good_and_Glory@BrandonLansdown My 18 month old granddaughter has already made grandpa her favorite.
My 10 day old granddaughter is named after grandma. My wife and I are praising God from whom all blessings flow. 🙌
@Good_and_Glory@BrandonLansdown So sweet. My oldest son and his wife were 18 and 17. They have had to endure so many trials in their first 3 years of marriage, but WOW, how the LORD has kept them and strengthened them has been remarkable.
BREAKING: DoD just issued a sweeping memo to strengthen our military!
It states that those with gender dysphoria are “incompatible with the high mental and physical standards necessary for military service.”
- service members who have gender dysphoria are disqualified for military service
- service members who took cross sex hormones or sex change surgery are disqualified for military service
Make our military great again!
Much of social media is de-ecclesiasticizing young men.
They offer dissension as a mode of operation and disunity as a mark of bravery.
Brothers, take the more excellent way!
Honor your faithful fathers that your days may be long in the land God has given you!
"Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you."
Man, we've forgotten what good leadership looks like
We've breathed the stench of dysfunction for so long, we've forgotten the smell of competence.
What happens when a society spends a few years marinating in mediocrity?
We lose the muscle memory of excellence.
We've normalized leaders who:
Can't complete sentences
Don't know basic facts
Blame everyone else
Never take responsibility
We've forgotten what it looks like when someone:
Shows up prepared
Takes responsibility
Makes clear decisions
Actually solves problems!
Incompetence creates chaos
Chaos becomes normal
Normal becomes comfortable
Excellence feels threatening.
When a genuinely capable leader emerges:
Their competence feels "aggressive"
Their clarity feels "harsh"
Their standards feel "unreasonable"
We're like prisoners who've been in the dark so long, we flinch at daylight.
Having a functional leader will feel uncomfortable at first. That discomfort is the price of leaving mediocrity behind.
America. Are we ready to remember what real leadership looks like?
Time to take advantage of this moment.
@farmingandJesus My wife had 12 miscarriages total. 10 of them came after our 1st child. *But God* gave us another child whom my wife delivered at 40. Noah is now 10 yo, born again, baptized, loves Jesus, and is a constant source of joy in our home. What mercies!! We are praying for y'all!
