I have been informed that my booking for train no. 12251 has been delayed by 5:20 hours. May I know what the reason for this delay is?

It seems both 25014 and 15014 share the same train under "rake sharing" after Moradabad. But the question is then why even show 2 options for every station after that?
And if you do, why isn't it prominently mentioned anywhere?
@IRCTCofficial@RailMinIndia Missed my train 25014 from Jaipur because it's apparently the same train as 15014. How is one supposed to know this when it is nowhere mentioned, nor on your website, nor on the ticket, nor in any emails or SMS's. Expect a full refund for this blunder

This is regarding order ID 2732848485 dated 09/03/2022. I received an incorrect order and promptly informed the delivery man of this by calling him, on which he simply apologised saying it was a mistake.
I had to reorder on the same day as being a vegetarian I could not consume the contents of the wrong order as it contained chicken.
I expect a full refund for the order amount.

I wrote a mail to [email protected] twice regarding the same requesting a refund for the order and the reply I received was that their investigation said that I had received the correct order which either implies I'm lying, or Zomato does not own up to its employees' mistakes.
