This happens so frequently on the Lower Parel flyovers. Cars and bikes taking illegal u-turns.

I've seen bikes use the pedestrian crossing gap, barely 5 feet wide, to take u-turn.

Need a strict crackdown on traffic violations before this indiscipline worsens, takes more lives.
