@British_Airways hi I have had an email saying my flight has been cancelled and I can get a refund but it only takes me to the 12 month voucher page not a refund?

@British_Airways how is it treating customers fairly if you won't refund only a 12 month voucher to redeem against a holiday we may no longer be able to afford with Corona affecting may businesses it would be better for customers to have their money so they can pay their bills?

@British_Airways due to fly 2nd April to India so now with the FCO advising not to travel with in next 30 days will you cancel flight and refund if so when? We can't get visas to get in anyway till after 15th April and India not letting people from UK in till at least 31st March?

@British_Airways @British_Airways still no response your website says we can re book but before 31st May do you really think this will be sorted by then? The kids don't have a 2 week break before then. If India are not issuing visas then will this by one of the 75% flights cancelled?

@British_Airways Hi I know u r busy been waiting since Wednesday for a reply from email or here I have sent DM also. If visas are cancelled to India why can't I have a refund surely flight will be cancelled? Kids don't have a 2 week school holiday before 31/5 so can't change dates? Please advise.

@AskNationwide I booked flights to India with British Airways they haven't cancelled flights so won't refund me even though India has suspended all visas till 15th April and we were meant to fly 2nd April does my Flex plus travel insurance cover this please?

@AskNationwide How is it not a valid cancellation reason? Are we expected to sit in the Indian airport arrivals for 2 weeks? No visa = no entry why does that not = a refund makes no sense @British_Airways

Any help @GWRHelp? Group of 22 people 10 children as young as 7 stuck unfortunately at Paddington trying to get to Gloucester only being told to try to get to Reading where there are also delays so not guarantee we can get home please help?

@GWRHelp Unfortunately they are saying they can not offer us anything and we will not be refunded any money it costs to find alternatives which we are struggling to do not a great service with so many kids :-( surely there is a duty of care?
