Snuggles must be released to his family. He has been in isolation far too long, cruel and inhumane. Poor Snuggles, ripped from his family not understanding what he had done wrong by protecting his family! He was doing his job! He was startled otherwise he would not have bitten.

OMG JUDGE OR PERSON TALKING IS NOT AN EXPERT!! She made a rash judgement. DOG DESERVED A #K9 expert to examine. This is a case of ALL dogs being better managed by owners … not dogs fault.. you don’t go near dogs in these situations. JUDGE #Tucson #AZ admitted inexperience in this case. Why would any family with children want a dog back if they thought it was dangerous? Judge overstepped her understanding of canines & the situation. DOG has been isolated for 10 months!!!! No visitation by family!!! How is his demeanor now?? We are willing to help donate legal fees if another appeal is necessary. This is an important case for all #AZ #dog owners. Dogs bite accidentally all the time. The liability is only on this family.. Snuggles cuddling with his elder brother Rallye. During Rallye’s end of life he had a lot of anxiety, Snuggles was his cure. That is one of Snuggles most amazing characteristics, his ability to sense someone or another dog needing comfort.
