@TxRecon1 Because most of those countries are significantly poorer, with far less tax revenue, with pockets of dire poverty. They NEED the tariffs in a way we don't. Also tit for tat only ends by the Adult in the room. That was the US until now.
@StealthQE4 Sorry but in the age of YouTube (& now AI) no one needs college. And who is being forced to take on debt for useless BA's? If parents gave this advice, they're dumb parents. Steve Jobs was a dropout in the '70s. Today? Education is free, at our fingertips as are so many tools
@hubermanlab@tferriss What has he learned in the past year that over turned a belief he had held strongly? I'm always curious about this question when it comes to health (new research/findings) but any category is fine
@averygrrl No one seems to ask; "since it is so expensive, where does the money go?"
Nurses are underpaid, and even Doctors complain about earnings. So, where does "expensive" go?
Answer that and maybe we can discuss solutions. But who even asks this question in the first place?
Hmmm
@jsmian@lebas_janney Comparing cash bought or high $ down homes in large metro vs spread out oil worker-type houses is bad enough. But why not compare to THE worst (best) comp, the dot com bust? Or the GFC? SF fared way better both times than this fear mongering prediction. Chance of accuracy = 0
@Cryptolaserman @KimDotcom Cullen Roche set this nonsense straight for me 12 years ago. Follow anyone he follows. Read his 12 yr old material on pragcap. Bottom line the US gov being broke is utterly absurd
@KimDotcom You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Way to scare uninformed people with pure nonsense that has been debunked over and over and over again
@MacroAlf I learned this from Cullen Roche 12 years ago. Shocking that the mainstream, and seemingly many economists still don't understand these differences after all these years
What is up with Twitter? I try to follow smart, legit accounts. Tonight my feed is IG-type morons pretending you can do ten 100% gain trades in a row... the goal for them presumably, a young Madoff ready to accept funds... endorsed by the Twitter algo
@blakestonks @TuaTrades1 This is when you know the dude is full of it. 30k follows lying his a$$ off. How does this garbage make it into my feed?

Per the analogs 4575 seems likely in 5 to 10 trading days
The 10 day detour route could happen if 4375 is taken out, opening up 4250. But in 2011 that was a 5 day drop, and 5 days after that $SPX ran into what is now the 4575 zone

Analogs remain in a messy spot. Price hitting 200 Daily EMA and bolli band, so could mean big up day tomorrow, but overall analogs continue to say "messy" or "balance" on a Daily/Weekly time frame
$SPX
Quite the scenic route yet again, 20+ points down to Friday's POC. And now aiming for the 2nd level of liquidity at 56 which doesn't seem to happen often
