You state, 'for refunds on Advance tickets, please apply for the refund before the departure'. When I looked to do this on TrainPal's website they were still claiming unrefundable, so no way to apply. What would you suggest I do? Thanks

@thetrainpal Can you please explain why refunds must be applied for before travel on first booked train? Rail firms have doubled the time passengers have to apply for a ticket refund. You can do this up to eight weeks after your planned journey. Using TrainPal is much worse than going direct!
