@jonoives Erm... I remember a BBC Watchdog episode about ICE cars randomly catching fire when parked, a few years back. What's your source for that claim please?

@Nick_P_T Erm... Even if half of the cars in that Carpark were EV's (very unlikely), then statistically it's still 20 times more likely to be started by a petrol/diesel car...

@jonoives In fact, I'm wrong... It would be 20x less likely if 50% of the cars in the Carpark were EV's and the other 50% were ICE... But based on car sales to date in the UK, it's very unlikely to be a 50:50 split... Therefore it's even LESS likely to be started by an EV 😂
