The best trade target at running back for the Packers right now is Jaylen Wright of the Dolphins.
They just extended DeVon Achane. They drafted Ollie Gordon last year.
The new Miami front office is basically old Green Bay front office so there’s a strong relationship there.
Can Kraft continue averaging 11 YPT w/a 4.5 adot?
Kraft played Weeks 1-9. He had just 5.5 targets per game.
Watson had 8 targets. Golden had 29. Reed had 5. Watson & Reed are healthy. Golden ain’t a rookie.
20% of Kraft’s catches were TDs.
Kraft is coming off a torn ACL.
So Pittsburgh traded for DK Metcalf & gave him $30 a year.
Then they traded for Michael Pittman & gave him $20 a year.
Then they were gonna draft a first round WR. Now, reports say they’ll be aggressive about adding a WR in round 2.
And their QB plan is…
Big if I know, but if Geno Smith doesn’t suck a big one, the Jets offense looks kinda fun.
- Garrett Wilson
- Breece Hall
- Kenyon Sadiq
- Omar Cooper
- Adonai Mitchell
- Mason Taylor
Plus two first round tackles.
When teams say “best player available…”, what does this mean?
Is it a strict “best player available” period? Is it best player available for our team? Is it best player available with consideration for positional value?
What does it mean?
@FAmmiranteTFJ I’ll take Smitty without AJB over Olave. I’d put him below Nico, but pretty much on the same level as London.
Crazy considering the public perception, but give me Hurts over Shough, Stroud & Tua/Penix.
@AdamKoffler@SmolaDS They kinda already did. Adding Hollywood, trading for Wicks & bringing back Goedert, definitely gives them the flexibility to go OL & DL/edge in round one. But I’d bet they’d add WR in rounds 2 or 3, but maybe still not a big threat to Smitty’s 2026 volume.
@GuruFantasyWrld Yeah… that’s not the point he’s making. He’s not saying, “it’s a bad thing to have huge games against inferior opponents.” He saying, “he only had 638 yards in his other 13 games against D1 athletes. That’s a red flag.”
@GuruFantasyWrld@RecepPerception Antonio Williams is a capable YAC player with 5.3 YAC/reception.
Elijah Sarratt does nothing with the ball in his hands with a 5.1 YAC/reception.
60% and lower = F
61% = D
62% = C
63% = B
Tough grading scale.
@FFSnoog Don’t get the Ertz comparison? Ertz was a lackluster athlete who played in-line. Stowers is an elite athlete who is a move TE.
Love Stowers, but his game & strengths are far more similar with Kyle Pitts or Dalton Kincaid.
@GuruFantasyWrld@ffdataroma I agree with Data here. I think Cooper’s 1st round hype is overboard. Which isn’t to say he’s a bad player or not interesting (he is). I just think he’s more of a 2nd round prospect, but one fantasy managers should be interested in, especially if the landing spot is right.
@GuruFantasyWrld@ffdataroma Knowing how predicative early declare status is, I think it’s fair to acknowledge that he didn’t get on the field early. I think y’all are getting stuck on the semantics of “didn’t produce”. David, pointing out he was efficient. Data, pointing out he didn’t play really.
@RotoStreetWolf I think Achane’s value has to go down. The environment is getting super gross. Boxes will be stacked. No WR to threaten deep. Fewer scoring opportunities. Volume, even pre-Waddle wasn’t gonna be an issue, but now efficiency & scoring definitely will be.
@RotoStreetWolf In fact, I think it could help him. Plenty of volume & lack of any other pass catching talent for Sutton & Waddle to co-exist. Team was 4th in pass attempts.
Sutton has never been a volume guy, but having Waddle could actually increase his efficiency (less defensive attention).
