@Bose and @BoseService your latest soundtouch system update has broken the core functionality for many users (see your own support thread here: https://t.co/WC76JGHt0w). What steps are you taking to resolve?

@united 4/6 flights delayed this week and now a downgrade at the gate. Wtf? Sometimes people never learn

[Robert Nieset @RobNieset]

@sfmta_muni what's up with the terrible service on the 31bx? Terrible service intervals and the worst busses. You can do better.

@USAirways better make it an hour and no end in site.

[Robert Nieset @RobNieset]

@USAirways we've been sitting on the ramp for over 45 minutes and should be half way to SF. This calls for free drinks.

Almost an hour from the park to the marina via soma. Knew that @lyft line for $2.25 was too good to be true. #munipricemuniservice

@VirginAmerica that was a pretty amazing response time.

[Robert Nieset @RobNieset]

@VirginAmerica really need to fix the website. I upgraded my seat when I checked in online, but it failed to process and I'm still row 23 :(

[Robert Nieset @RobNieset]

Excited to represent @insideview in Seattle for #mktgnation14 roadshow!

[Robert Nieset @RobNieset]

@VirginAmerica Love the new look for the website, but it's broken and now I can't manage my flights. What gives?

[Robert Nieset @RobNieset]
