In 2017 we filed suit against the SPLC after it falsely designated us a “hate group” for our biblical convictions on marriage and sexuality. When the Supreme Court declined to hear our case, Justice Clarence Thomas dissented and warned that the “actual malice” standard effectively shields organizations like the SPLC from accountability when they defame public figures.

Now that the tactics of the SPLC are coming to light, we call on the DOJ to support the free speech rights of ministries like ours that simply proclaim the full counsel of God.

Yesterday, I had a great time reading to a third-grade class at @WALionsFTL . It was so encouraging to see these students excited about the history of our nation and eager to learn about the people and events that helped shape the United States.

There is great hope for the future when the next generation is being grounded in truth, faith, and a love for our country.
