For multi-county or statewide races, there is a separate window (within 5 days starting on the 31st day after Election Day).
• Format: Written request to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC). It must specify the contest, on whose behalf (e.g., the candidate), and optionally the method (manual, machine, or both) and order of precincts.
