I’ve written hundreds of research articles on the Newfound blog throughout the years.
I stopped writing last year (got burnt out), so my guess is a lot of new followers don’t even know they exist.
Here are a few that I’m especially proud of ➡️

1/ I received a DM this morning asking me about "recommended reading" in the space of trend following.
This all depends upon what you're looking for and your expertise, but I figured I'd share some thoughts publicly...

We’ve spent the last couple months building our own option backtesting engine from the ground up (including multiple surface fitting models).
Biggest lesson learned so far:
Never trust an options backtest. Ever.
(Doubly true if it includes the wings.)
Awesome resource for online cards and boardgames

While not technically alive, there's an evil genius to viruses that never ceases to amaze me. It's one reason I became a virologist. A recent Nature paper reveal a remarkable trick SARS-Cov-2 learned that makes it nastier than the first SARS. Both viruses…
In this spirit, since I’m on the train for a minute, short thread on VIX and VIX futures/options, since this is something I see a ton of confusion about.
This is a remarkable image. The decline of children’s play range across generations in one family: from 6 miles to 60 yards. The world has not grown more dangerous (from WW2) but our fears have grown

We are home schooling.
And hearing from more and more that they are going to also / are working on finances to be able to have one spouse leave workforce to home school.
Biggest cultural trend in 10 years will be home schooling.
1/ 📚 Random Research Note
While doing research in 2006-2007, one of the interesting phenomenon I found was that sampling a data on a non-time-related domain created beneficial statistical properties.
1/ One reason we can't have nice investment strategies--a thread.
The brightest people I have met share a superpower that would serve investors well—the ability to make inherently complex things simple and understandable. And yet, most humans naturally equate complexity
