@DDoesStonks@mldiffley@BrysonWright3 points rebounds assists. the games formula includes blocks and steals but the composite as a % of the score you need to hit to be a 110 pt team is so low you're likely to hit the steals and blocks thresholds just by maxing points rebounds and assists.
@raifordpalmer "Bears reposting as clearly lawyers" - I had to read that 3x to parse it correctly that "Bears" wasn't a noun here. In my defense, as a Chicagoan "Bears" is usually a noun...
@estherzelda0514@CharlieShemp And yeah most of this is state by state which is why I disclaim that I know Jack about CA rules. But in most states I think you’re very much overestimating how a court would treat informal rent paid by an unmarried partner to his or her SO who was the homeowner. It’s just rent.
@estherzelda0514@CharlieShemp And eviction looks a lot different when is a cohabitation thing, not the normal evicting someone from a unit the owner doesn’t also occupy.
If a person ants the protections of marriage like communal property they generally have to get married. CA is a notable outlier here.
@jay_james64@Eric_Erins That’s a restricted income/housing voucher only building. Not comparable. You always gotta check for that when you see a facially really good deal in uptown/edgewater.
@warrbo@morganisawizard@BarExamTutor As for what I mean by value judgments, why in the world did you use "supposedly" to modify noncompetitive above? I strongly suspect its because you're rejecting the hypo in a way that leads you to just get the Q wrong...
@warrbo@morganisawizard@BarExamTutor Cmon, you're literally still fighting the hypo and inserting your own value judgments and hang ups. Stop doing that. And E is far *far* weaker than A and the QP says "most strongly supported." There will be weak answers in the list. Those are traps, don't choose those.
@warrbo@morganisawizard@BarExamTutor Also, this isn’t even a reading comprehension section question. It’s a logical reasoning question. you started fighting the hypo and inserting your own value judgments and hang ups which is a recipie for a very poor score.
@warrbo@morganisawizard@BarExamTutor You're overthinking it. Like WAAAY overthinking it. These questions are all written so you could substitute other ideas concepts abstractions, etc. and the logic would still flow. Getting hung up on the exact definition of a "noncompetitive activity" is forest for the trees stuff
@PortiaPodsnap@underwire6783@Chungeoisie@pourfairelevide I mean we’re back here again… ageees to disagree. I assume nothing as “the focus on competitive sports in most schools” is plainly about PE. It follows from the topic sentence before it. The LSAT lies to you in the possible answers, not the prompts.
