With the rise of AI voice cloning, voice actors are being abused by the modding communities. As a member of the Skyrim modding scene, I am deeply concerned at the practice of using AI voice cloning to create and distribute non-consensual deepfake pornographic content.
@arielhelwani Very mediocre card. 4/10 maybe? Going to make it easy to boycott.
Chandler vs. Ruffy? Nickal vs. Daukus? Sean vs. Zahabi instead of Sandhagen? Rewarding Gane with another title fight? Genuinely terrible matchmaking.
@AngryJoeShow@TheQuartering The Quartering is one of the worst people on the platform and while I appreciate you dunking on him, he's best left ignored.
The guy's claim to fame is harassing women and being banned forever from the Magic scene for being a creep. His fanbase is as awful as he is.
@sama The "a deep respect for safety" excuse doesn't work when we already know the last company was blacklisted because they would not abide major safety breaches that were asked of them.
What a horrible sellout you are.
This is one of the single most deplorable positions I have ever heard someone take, and it speaks volumes about the fundamental way this person and this company views the world.
A life's worth is not measured by efficiency. Actually, fully monstrous.
π¨ SAM ALTMAN: βPeople talk about how much energy it takes to train an AI model β¦ But it also takes a lot of energy to train a human. It takes like 20 years of life and all of the food you eat during that time before you get smart.β
@sithdaddyvlogs "I created original, high-quality entertainment content."
And your example to proof this is... is blatantly plagiarized, copyright-violating AI slop that uses the likenesses of real people without their permission?
You have to be kidding me.
@hollyherndon "generate songs they will then put a human filter on"
Every single time an AI advocate starts talking, it's like they're trying to tell the world they have no idea how whatever they're talking about works, even as they say how AI is going to revolutionize it.
@rakyll But please, if you have a reason, please tell me why I should be happy that weirdos online can now make privacy-violating deepfake images of anyone they want, directly from Twitter, by editing their photos with AI.
Or maybe you could just acknowledge that you simply don't care.
@rakyll This is a malicious obfuscation of why people are actually against AI. Namely, because companies like yours stole from millions of people without consent, credit, or compensation, to enrich yourselves with a product that is wasting resources and negatively impacting our lives.
@mikepat711@grok@SenSanders Nothing sadder than someone getting an answer they don't like from the slot machine and repeatedly spinning it to try to make it say what they want.
Lol, lmao even.
@KnoxBetrayed It doesn't seem like you think it's a bummer. It seems like you're taking delight in artists *everywhere* being affected by an unethical tool, and are backhandedly saying "this one particular artist once worked on a franchise I don't like therefore he deserves it". Grow up, man.
@AI_EmeraldApple@kortizart "Your favorite manga artist uses AI. Your favorite anime artist uses AI. And to prove it, I'll link a game dev survey!"
I don't understand how you guys expect anyone to take you seriously. This is just sad.
@_VVSVS@midjourney@Kling_ai This looks terrible. Funniest part is definitely that you don't see the same models in more than one shot, because the slot machine you used to create this doesn't do that.
You know what could? A real artist. :)
@jasminericegirl You're being intentionally dishonest. Nobody is upset at you for picking up the instrument -- they're upset because you're engaging in extremely obvious manipulative behavior while promoting a platform that's built on stealing the creative works of others.
@VraserX@Mirrormn Please explain, in detail, how the theft of creative works such as art, music, and literature allows unrelated learning models in the medical field to detect cancer. Can you do that?
@mattworkman@EZE3D What you're saying is fundamentally dishonest. You know full well that the AI tag is about assets created using genAI and you know about the ethical concerns. Nobody is making the claim that a developer who asked ChatGPT a question needs to disclose that. Strawman.
