Thank you to @bridget_lumb and the team for all your guidance. #research#pain
@facebook I can’t unsubscribe from your emails. This is so basic. You tell me you’re working on it but it’s been three weeks. At best this is poor business at worst your being dishonest. mfks
Thanks to @SamNeuroPain and the @CPNN_UK team for a wonderful #neuromod conference @UniofExeter. A new field for me and prepping for two new #PhD students incoming for 2025. Get in touch if you’re interested in understanding mechs of CNS stim for the treatment of pain. ⚡️🧠😫➡️😀
Fantastic opportunity to work with one of my favourite scientists, Sandrine Géranton, AND to work in the Medawar Pain and Somatosensation Group along with myself, @LFabriziUCL, @SimonBeggsLab, @ProfMariaFitz and twitterless Prof Steve Hunt
@talmop @david__haggerty @DeepLabCut@OpenBehavior@bonsai_rx Awesome, thanks Talmo. I really appreciate the guidance. I will have a play tomorrow. I have been doing something similar but not in this order. I prioritised exposure to optimise motion blur and am at ~1ms. This likely the root of my issue.
@talmop @david__haggerty @DeepLabCut@OpenBehavior@bonsai_rx Hi folks, optimising image properties (exposure, gain, sharpness etc) is proving a pain.
Obvs the subject is often moving making real time adjustment difficult. Is it worthwhile creating a static image (from frames) for image optimisation?
Any other suggestions? Thank you 🙏

Very excited about the pending launch of #Prosper portal for all #Postdocs and beyond, and honoured to have been part of this co-creation process! @ProsperPostdoc
In lovely Paris to attend EBRAINS; comparative anatomy and function of the PFC from rodent to human.
Hoping to glean a few ideas on how PFC might regulate coping behaviours in chronic pain and improve translation to the clinic.
🙏 @MedResFdn for supporting. #PFCworkshop
