Anyone finishing in the last 2 years got their first year free and could not claim final year free.

The government spent nothing the last 2 years.

@Being_Kara Nobody should be able to claim final year free taking an undergrad course as the policy did not exist long enough. It appears that they decided to slowly remove it over 2 steps instead of just being upfront and removing it last year.

@Being_Kara 2006 kids have missed the first year free by 1 year and now we’ve missed the final year free by 1 year.

You cannot double dip both so I wonder how it is possible that anyone is claiming final year free. My cohort was the first with final year free and we are only 2nd year. 1/2
