You say it doesn't do anything for mega packs but it doesn't need to mini packs are more plentiful and readily available and the healing is unaffected by passives. For most flankers this is a free 60%+ health bar refill. A second life

It's a specific subset of conditions such as autism, ADHD, OCD and more but it is not anxiety
Anxiety can be and is often developed by neurodivergent people but it is a mental health condition
