Saturday I ran for myself and came in at 4h 39m
Then Sunday belonged to my friend Neil who completes his 100th marathon.

Weekend marathons at suffolk running centre. They have new medal themes so with 13 different routes with 13 different types to collect

I've now done 4 50k since I started my running journey and before SVN my last 50k was Oct 2018 😂

Yesterday I was SVN on a day trip as they are doing 20in20 🙊
Yesterday I ran an ultra 50k with Charlie and it was awesome spending some miles with 🦊 David.
Great to see everyone today and keep up the great running guys 👍
