Nov 4, Dallas: @Lyft sent me 13 Black trips — $222.98. @Uber sent me ONE — $45.06 — while its map offered +$10/hr bonuses. I pay $1,326.25/mo for the insurance Uber Black requires. The facts don't show low demand. They show EXCLUSION. @Uber_Support
@Progressive built my $1,326.25/mo rate on a LIE: its own application listed my ONE June 19 loss TWICE. The C.L.U.E. report Progressive itself ordered shows exactly 1 claim. Written proof or correction + refund. Deadline: Nov 10.
Wrongfully deactivated by @Uber on false data. Reactivated Oct 22 — and punished ever since: very few Black trips, reservations I'm 'not eligible' to take, 6 agents, 0 case numbers, 0 names. My lost-earnings claim: $26,800–$34,800. Still unanswered. @Uber_Support
@Progressive charges me $1,326.25/mo on a duplicated claim it invented in its own paperwork, while its own C.L.U.E. report says 1 claim. Correct it, re-rate it, refund it — in writing, by Nov 10.
11:54 PM: @Uber's map shows Dallas all red, 1-min pickups, '+$9/AH on next trip' — and my day total frozen at $45.06. The next trip never comes. Meanwhile @Lyft completed my 13th premium trip. Discrimination by algorithm is still discrimination. @Uber_Support
Day 8+ waiting for @Progressive to answer IN WRITING: prove the 2 claims it used to rate me, or admit there was only 1. Its agent's only reply: 'call us.' No. In writing. Nov 10 deadline — then Texas Dept. of Insurance.
@Uber@Uber_Support This is discrimination. Uber makes me pay $1,326.25/mo insurance, keeps ~50% of what the rider pays, and makes ME insure the passenger under my own policy ($30k UM per person). I pay everything. Uber keeps half. Then its algorithm hides the Black work from me.
@Uber@Uber_Support Two maps, same city, same night. LYFT demand is REAL: airport queue FULL, 11 pickups in the last hour, 7 trips, $118.68 today. UBER demand is a red painting: whole map red, 1-minute waits — and $45.06, ONE trip for me. The work exists. Uber hides it from me.
@Progressive I pay you $1,326.25/mo — $2,267.50 already paid — on a rate built on a LIE: your application listed my ONE June 19 loss TWICE. The C.L.U.E. report YOU ordered shows 1 claim. Your agent promised to remove the duplicate. You won't answer in writing. Deadline: Nov 10.
@Uber@Uber_Support Proof of what Uber Black costs me: Progressive commercial policy — $1,326.25 EVERY month. Already paid $2,267.50 (Nov 2–3). Lyft asks for none of this. Uber takes my $1,326.25/mo and sends me ONE trip a day. Pay my losses. Review my account.
@Uber@Uber_Support Dallas, today: Lyft sent me 5 Black trips ($68.99) on ~$300/mo insurance. Uber forces me to pay $1,300/mo insurance and sent me ONE trip ($45.06, incl. $15 tip), almost 6 hours online. Reservations blocked too. Last-resort driver. Invisible. Discriminated.
@Progressive's errors: I pay $1,250/mo for commercial insurance. ONE vandalism — and they rate me for TWO claims. And on the certificates of my OWN policy they misspell my name: "CABOTE" instead of Capote. Wrong records, wrong name, higher premium. Fix it. @StateFarm
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention, Roberto. I'd be happy to look into this for you, but I'll need some additional info. Using the link below, please send me a DM with your full name, claim or policy number, best contact info, and anything additional you'd like to add. ^EL
@Progressive charged me for TWO claims. There was only ONE loss — Progressive's own application lists the same 06/19/2026 claim TWICE: "Commercial" and "Personal," both from CLUE/LexisNexis. 8+ days waiting: no written proof, no supervisor, just rude phone deflections.
Even @StateFarm's own letter doesn't say how many claims there are, or whether they are personal or commercial. One vandalism, one loss — and their own document can't describe it. @progressive
@LexisNexis Your C.L.U.E. database lists my ONE loss of 06/19/2026 TWICE — as a "Commercial" claim and a "Personal" claim. There was only ONE claim (State Farm 53-0G6R-492). Progressive rates me on both. Delete the duplicate. Formal dispute filed. #FCRA
@Progressive My LexisNexis C.L.U.E. report is in. Progressive's own pull (10/22/2026) says: 1 Claim(s) Reported. ONE claim. Yet I was rated for TWO: the same 06/19/2026 loss listed twice, Commercial + Personal. False information, manipulated rating. Fix it and refund me. #FCRA
@Progressive Barbara (Commercial Lines) has not answered ONE of my written questions. Her only reply: call us. No proof, no claim numbers, nothing in writing since Oct 28 - only automated receipts. Everything is documented. Answer in writing, Barbara. Deadline: Nov 10. #FCRA
@Uber_Support This is your 'review': my appeal (ID: 26-EAC3-4037) was assigned and denied the same day. Where is the human review you promise? A Dutch regulator just fined Uber €825M for automated deactivations with no human review.
