@SW_Help just noticed that you’ve increased the prices from Ewell to Guildford by about 5% the train is delayed, again, hasn’t been on time since November 2024.

Why have you increased the price for a service you can’t even run on time? Like what am I paying for?

What’s the reason this time? Suspiciously consistent delays, maybe just change the timetable to match the new unofficial one?

@SW_Help Trains just left, almost 2hrs late. I understand things sometimes go wrong, people just want to go home. Give your station staff some information because they take the brunt of the publics anger.

The lack of information, no wonder SWR is bring brought back into public ownership.

@SW_Help There are no station help points, the staff here aren’t even being told what’s going on, they can only go on what’s the screens.
