Hi @rorysutherland. I'm sat in the Air France lounge in Charles de Gaulle listing to you on another podcast and I have been thinking about the interesting marketing and value of how much airlines spend on their lounges and what they give you. What are your thoughts?

@rorysutherland I had my aircon installed 10 years ago after studying fluid dynamics as part of my engineering degree in Australia on 1996. I was taught about how heat pumps work. Don't remember much from my degree but always remembered that. It's saved me ££££ over the last 10 years!

Hi @manairport I wondered whats the current status of the transformation program? I know it was due to be completed originally in 2025 but all work now seems to have stopped. Do you have a date for the closure of T1? Thanks!

Hi @AndyBurnhamGM. Is there anything the mayor's office can do about the rubbish situation @manairport ? Rubbish queues, parking charges higher than anywhere else in the country, chaotic organisation. You've done a great job getting the buses sorted! Maybe time for the airport?

@manairport Got though in an hour this morning so will catch my flight. Staff were reasonably polite, better than usual. I know you have staffing issues but the airport is becoming a blight on our lovely city
