@WestMidRailway Booked on 8.45 Euston to Atherstone. Board show platform 5. Get on train at 8.30. Leaves at 8.30. But only going to Crewe. Stops at MK and Rugby but no one will let me off. Get to Crewe. Train going back not stopping at Atherstone. 2 hours later I heading back 😡

@bhx_official why did it take 25 mins for someone to open the door to domestic arrivals for my flight from Aberdeen on Thursday. 4 people with passes went through the door but we weren’t allowed off the bus. Very angry passengers. Totally unnecessary
