This weeks #si401 lecture discussed visible gaps in the education system with regards to holistic support for ALL children. These gaps must be addressed and we can be the change agents.

Creating multiple pathways for feedback was discussed during our poverty and social inclusion lecture today which relates back to our #si401 lectures on leadership. A living system needs multiple voices and pathways for feedback in order to make effective and necessary changes.

A safe space needs to be created for teachers to be able to reflect, where we don't feel criticized.We need to be honest with ourselves for us to review our practice& better it!
