Ten years ago today, July 26, 2016, a senior executive of George Soros's Open Society Foundations wrote an email recording five words that would shape the next decade of American politics:

"HRC approved Julia's idea."

The idea? Tie Trump to Russian intelligence "to distract people from her own missing email" scandal.

Two days earlier, the same channel had already written the script: "the FBI will put more oil into the fire."

That was six days BEFORE the FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane. The Bureau's role in the Russiagate Hoax was written down before the Bureau even opened a case.

Brennan carried the plan into Obama's Situation Room.

The CIA referred it to Comey and Strzok, by name, on September 7, 2016. They buried the referral and instead hunted the man, Donald Trump, that Hillary and Obama framed.

Then the Plan became the "intelligence." The intelligence became the coup: Obama's ICA of December 2016. And the ICA became the license for everything that followed.

The proof? Sealed for nine years, with Special Counsel Durham not permitted to use this crucial evidence of a conspiracy. Then stuffed by Chris Wray's people into BURN BAGS in a hidden room at FBI headquarters, to be destroyed. If President Trump had not returned, it would be ash today.

President Trump's FBI found it in 2025. President Trump finally declassified and released this crucial evidence in July 2025.

I know this operation from the inside. The plan needed a Russian to link to the Trump Campaign— and when Obama's operatives couldn't find one, they invented one: me. They fabricated a story that I was a Russian spy who had an affair with Donald Trump's National Security Advisor.

Ten years on, these documents are finally public. I've fought for years to have them released. Hopefully the grand juries are reading them.

Here is the part of the Rape Gang Inquiry report nobody wants to quote.

The men who raped these girls are not the only people named in it.

Start with the vote.

In January of 2025, Parliament divided on an amendment calling for a national statutory inquiry into the grooming gangs.

Defeated, 364 to 111.

Labour MPs voted it down en masse.

The Prime Minister and his frontbench abstained or opposed, and the demand for an inquiry was framed as far right agitation.

The government U turned in June of 2025 only after the Casey Audit and sustained public pressure made the position untenable.

The Telegraph then reported in April of 2025 that plans for five separate local inquiries were quietly dropped to avoid causing offence.

Jess Phillips was made Safeguarding Minister.

Survivors resigned from her own victim panel and called the process a sham.

She apologised for the delays and kept the full backing of the Prime Minister.

In London, the Mayor told the London Assembly there were no organised grooming gangs in the capital and described whistleblower evidence as politically motivated, while holding inspectorate documents describing exactly that offending pattern.

The Met is now reviewing nine thousand cases.

In Rotherham, the councillor who ran children's services through the worst of it stayed in post until the Jay Report forced him out.

Colleagues on that council interfered in investigations, tipped off perpetrators, and recorded raped children as making lifestyle choices.

A Labour peer, a councillor since 1990, was convicted in 2022 of child sex offences including the rape of a thirteen year old, and jailed for five and a half years.

In Greater Manchester, reviewers resigned from the Mayor's own inquiry saying the police blocked their access to documents and survivors.

No officer has been fired.

No officer has been stripped of a pension.

The Conservatives held power for fourteen years and never mandated ethnicity recording and never called a statutory inquiry.

A former Conservative minister went on his podcast and described the whole phenomenon as a small northern blight.

The Inquiry documented it in 149 districts.

Sammy Woodhouse sat with a Prime Minister in 2015 and told him everything, including that victims were still being criminalised.

The Daily Express reported this year that during the current Prime Minister's tenure as Director of Public Prosecutions, thirteen thousand suspects in this category were dealt with by warning letter.

I flag that one as a press claim rather than a court record, because I am not going to hand anyone an easy correction.

Now the part that made me put the report down and walk outside.

Woodhouse gave the evidence that helped convict the leader of the Rotherham gang.

She applied to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

She was refused.

The stated ground was that she had consented to her own abuse.

She was a child.

That is the British state's official position on a girl it failed, delivered by the body that exists to compensate victims of violent crime.

There is still no national compensation scheme for grooming gang survivors.

Not one exists.

The report has to recommend creating one, in the year 2026, after everything above.

So count the ledger.

The girls got criminal records, removed babies, destroyed educations, chronic illness, PTSD, and in some cases graves.

The officers got retirement.

The councillors got re elected.

The officials got their defined benefit pensions, untouched.

The Inquiry's recommendation is that any future scheme be funded by seizing perpetrators' assets and by clawing back the pensions of public servants found culpable.

Watch which politicians object to that specific line.

That is how you find out who this was always protecting.

The receipts always show up.

People keep asking me what is in the Rape Gang Inquiry report.

Fair question.

Most coverage gives you the headline number and moves on.

The number is not the story.

The detail is the story, and the detail is what the British state spent four decades making sure you never read.

These are drawn straight from the report.

Girls as young as eleven collected by taxi from school gates and from council run children's homes, in front of staff who did nothing.

Children's homes that functioned as trafficking hubs.

Victims told they were white trash and kuffar who deserved it.

Girls trafficked county to county so no single force ever owned the case.

Some trafficked out of the country entirely and married under Islamic rites abroad.

Abuse filmed so it could be used as leverage forever.

Survivors describing rooms set aside for extreme torture.

Children pregnant multiple times before they could legally consent to anything.

Coerced abortions.

Miscarriages under violence.

Babies born of rape and then removed by the same state that never removed the child from the men.

A thirteen year old treated by NHS sexual health for gonorrhoea and chlamydia.

Diagnosed. Medicated. No safeguarding referral.

The clinic recorded a child with adult sexually transmitted infections and filed it as a medical event.

Hospitals discharging children the same night after overdoses and self harm requiring stitches, straight back to the address the abuse was happening at.

CAMHS logging a girl's account of organised trafficking, filmed rape and blackmail as a mental health presentation rather than a crime report.

Doctors recording genital injury, strangulation marks and bite wounds and attributing them to psychological causes.

Schools that watched grown men collect girls from the gates, took disclosures of rape on their own premises, and responded by excluding the girl.

Licensing authorities that renewed the permits of drivers who were the logistics arm of the whole operation, then folded when organised protest met basic safety proposals.

Now the police.

Officers taking two to four hours to reach a report of a missing child.

Greater Manchester Police attending a home at three in the morning, caught on the family's own CCTV agreeing not to wake the father.

A GMP officer, later dismissed, shouting at a father in front of a multi agency meeting to stop reporting his daughter missing.

Merseyside officers talking a twelve year old rape victim out of pursuing her case by stressing the paperwork, the delay, and that it was her word against his.

She withdrew the complaint.

Girls arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct after being assaulted by the men who supplied the drink.

A South Yorkshire officer alleged to have brokered a no prosecution deal with a known abuser, handing back a missing underage girl at a petrol station in exchange for no arrest.

Bail conditions used to gag whistleblowers while known rapists walked with none.

The report also states that some serving officers were themselves members of these networks, and that others went out of their way to shield them.

A social worker with nearly forty years of service told her disclosures had been reviewed, without anyone ever interviewing her, after being informed that shredders had been bought for the units in question.

And the one that will stay with me.

A mother named Rachel gave evidence about her twelve year old daughter, raped, bullied, abandoned by both the police and her school.

The girl took her own life.

The Metropolitan Police announced a review of nine thousand child exploitation cases in October of 2025.

The National Crime Agency opened Operation Beaconport to look at thousands more.

They are not reviewing them because they just found out.

They are reviewing them because we did.

Write that down.

So I read it.

Two hundred and nineteen pages of the Rape Gang Inquiry report, start to finish, at my kitchen table.

My God.

The debauchery and the cowardice.

I have read a lot of ugly documents. This one is different, because the ugliness is not the surprise. The cowardice is. Somebody in every single one of these towns knew, wrote it down, filed it, and went home to dinner.

Here is what is in it.

Britain did not get this report from its government.

It got it from twenty thousand people who passed the hat.

Chaired by Rupert Lowe MP.

Panel included Esther McVey, Nick Timothy and Carla Lockhart.

Run day to day by Sammy Woodhouse, who survived Rotherham before she investigated it.

That detail is the whole story.

The state that spent forty years refusing to look was never going to fund the looking.

What the Inquiry documented is not a series of local tragedies.

It is one national pattern repeated town after town.

Organised networks that moved girls between cities, supplied them with drugs and alcohol, filmed the abuse for blackmail, and passed children between multiple adult men.

Confirmed in at least 149 local authority districts.

That is close to 40% of every district in the United Kingdom.

The method was identical everywhere.

Befriend a girl at eleven.

Cigarettes, vodka, attention, the feeling of being treated like an adult.

Collect her by taxi from the school gates or the care home.

Take her to a flat, a takeaway, a hotel.

Then the group.

The earliest case the Inquiry traced sits in the British Newspaper Archive, four Bradford men charged with raping a fifteen year old girl from Middlesbrough, back in 1955.

Seventy years of receipts.

On scale, the report is careful, so I will be too.

The 250,000 figure everyone quotes came from Lord Pearson in the House of Lords in May of 2019.

It was an extrapolation from Rotherham and Telford, not a headcount.

Pearson called it an underestimate.

The Casey Audit of June 2025 said the true scale cannot be quantified, because the data was never properly collected and in places was suppressed on purpose.

Both things are true at once.

Nobody knows the number because nobody was allowed to count.

That was the design.

On the perpetrators, the Inquiry cites court records showing 87% of those convicted in group based cases carried distinctively Muslim names, and an Oxford imam, Dr Taj Hargey, putting the real proportion nearer 95%.

Those are cited estimates, not a census.

Baroness Casey reached the politer version of the same finding and the country still called it far right to say out loud.

Then the institutions.

Police who closed cases without opening them.

Social workers who treated protective parents as the threat and the traffickers as a lifestyle choice.

An NHS that treated the infections in a thirteen year old and sent her home the same night.

Schools that excluded the victim and left the perpetrator his access.

Licensing boards that renewed the taxi permits that made the whole thing run.

Every door a child could have walked through was locked from the inside.

Here is the part that should end careers.

The government finally announced its own inquiry in December of 2025 under Baroness Longfield.

Its terms of reference were finalised in March of 2026, drawn so tightly that it cannot examine the national scale, cannot examine the perpetrator profile, and cannot examine the political calculation that protected them for decades.

It is permitted to examine local operational failures.

It is engineered to find nothing.

A rape survivor and a backbench MP did what the British state would not do in forty years.

They passed the hat and did it themselves.
