Comment: The traffic officers selling our driving licenses need to also account. I’ve seen Somalians driving very badly on our roads. Secondly, driving is not a scarce skill!

UPDATE ON TRUCK CONGESTION ON THE CORRIDOR TOWARDS BEITBRIDGE PORT OF ENTRY
The Commissioner of the Border Management Authority (BMA), Dr Michael Masiapato is aware of the long queues of freight trucks on the corridor leading to the Beitbridge Port of Entry.
The BMA and the South African Revenue Services (SARS) wish to clarify that the current delays are not caused by operations on the South African side of the border.
All SARS and BMA functions, including immigration processing, agriculture inspections, port health services and biosecurity controls, are operating efficiently, with systems functioning normally.
The congestion is being experienced on the Zimbabwean side of the border.
According to information received from the Zimbabwean authorities, limited parking capacity at their port is contributing to the delays.
A significant number of abnormal-load vehicles are occupying available parking space, reducing the port's capacity to receive additional freight trucks.
Furthermore, processing by clearing agents on the Zimbabwean side is taking longer than usual, which has slowed the movement of cargo across the border.
The BMA is actively engaging its counterparts in Zimbabwe to identify and implement measures that will expedite the movement of trucks and alleviate the congestion.
The BMA appreciates the patience and cooperation of transport operators, freight companies and motorists, and will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.

Proud of Dan Marokane, Junaid Munshi and the entire Eskom team.
We have now eliminated load reduction in 6 provinces – real, tangible progress for the communities and networks that need it most.
Load reduction is not load shedding. It is a targeted intervention that protects local networks from overload due to illegal connections. That distinction matters.
At the same time, the generation side continues to deliver: daily EAF of 80.24% (highest since September 2017) and unplanned outages at their lowest level since July 2018.
What a difference. Keep going, Team Eskom.

DEVELOPING:
MINMEC (an intergovernmental coordination body that brings together Police Ministers and provincial community safety MECs) has endorsed the National Organised Crime Strategy presented by Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
The strategy introduces a far more integrated, intelligence-driven, and multidisciplinary response to organized crime, illicit economies, and violent criminal syndicates operating across provincial boundaries.

🚨HOW FORMER POLICEMAN KEITH KEATING LOOTED SAPS TO BUY AIRPLANES TO CREATE HIS AVIATION COMPANY:
[EXCLUSIVE]
The first picture is of former SAPS police officer Keith Keating, & the second picture is a screenshot of the Department of Trade & Industry company registration database Bizportal.
As you can see the Bizportal database shows a company called Tensmar Aviation Services, & it further shows the owner of this aviation company is called Keith Warren Keating, & you can see by the company "M" registration number that this company was created in 2009.
Now let's look at the next picture, it's from page 50 & 51 of an 86 page sworn affidavit by an investigator that was part of Lt General Mfazi's SAPS investigation team. This 86 page affidavit detailed the full background of how Keith Keating captured SAPS & all the various payments made by SAPS to Keith Keating.
Now looking at this screenshot of page 50 of this affidavit, the first paragraph states that Keith Keating's company called FDA entered into a fraudulent agreement to buy the Firearms Permit System (FPS) which was the Intellectual Property (IP) of SAPS for R350 000.
This basically means that the Firearms Permit System was actually owned by SAPS & Keith Keating bought this software illegally. This affidavit details at length how this was fraudulent but let's not get into that for now.
No look at this same picture, page 51 of this affidavit shows that from 2005 to 2010,SAPS made 5 yearly payments to Keith Keating's company FDA. These 5 payments from 2005 to 2010 that SAPS made to Keith Keating totalled R20, 2 million. These payments were made to Keith Keating because Keith Keating was renting the Firearms Permit System back to SAPS, that he had illegally bought from SAPS for only R350 000.
This means that from 2005 to 2010, Keith Keating made a profit of R19, 7 million from SAPS in just 5 years for software he illegally bought from SAPS for just R350 000, & remember the Bizportal screenshot shows that in 2009, Keith Keating established his aviation company. (R19, 7 million in 2010 is equal to R29, 2 million today).
Remember also that before creating his company FDA that illegally bought SAPS at a cheap price of R350 000 software then leased it back to SAPS for R20 million for 5 years, Keith Keating was a low ranking police officer stationed in SAPS technical support services but just 5 years after leaving SAPS he had now bought aircraft to create an aviation company.
This paper trail clearly shows that Keith Keating used the R20 million he looted from SAPS to create his VIP shuttle aviation company, & the last two pictures here are some of his aviation company aircraft, a helicopter & airplane.
I'll be publishing more details of the Keating Cartel, which is the biggest corruption cartel in SAPS history that has stolen over R50 billion from the SAPS over the past 20 since 2005 until today, including what he did with the money he looted from SAPS...
