WA GOV. BOB FERGUSON JUST SIGNED 5 BILLS TO LOCK DOWN OUR ELECTIONS AND SHIELD VOTER DATA FROM SCRUTINY — THIS ISN’T “PROTECTING RIGHTS,” IT’S RIGGING THE GAME BEFORE IT EVEN STARTS!
I am LIVID. Ferguson posted yesterday bragging about signing these “election-related bills” to fight “federal efforts” to access voter data. Bullshit. Here’s what these bills ACTUALLY do — stripped of the spin:
1. SB 5892 — Makes it a CLASS C FELONY (up to 5 years prison + $10k fine) for ANY election official to share voter info like driver’s license numbers, SSNs, or full birth dates. Only the Secretary of State’s office (Democrat Steve Hobbs) controls it now. Counties can’t hand data to feds or watchdogs anymore. → This isn’t privacy. It’s a steel vault around the voter rolls so NO ONE can audit for dead voters, duplicates, non-citizens, or fraud.
2. HB 1916 — Gutted the rules for challenging voter registrations. Now you need to be a voter in the SAME COUNTY, have “personal firsthand knowledge,” fill out an official form with a wet-ink signature under perjury, and jump through hoops (certified mail, property searches, etc.). No more easy data-based challenges. → Translation: Good luck removing dead people or movers. They just made it damn near impossible for regular citizens to clean the rolls.
3. HB 1710 — Creates state “preclearance” — any local jurisdiction with a past voting rights violation (even old/minor) has to get the Attorney General’s approval BEFORE changing polling places, districts, or rules. → Gives Dems veto power over ANY local election tweak they don’t like.
4. HB 1750 — Supercharges the WA Voting Rights Act so activist groups can sue easier over “vote dilution” or “suppression.” → More lawsuits to tie up counties that dare try cleaner elections.
5. SB 6035 — Forces more “coordination” with Tribes for ballots, drop boxes, and outreach.
→ Extra targeted access for some groups while the rest of us get zero transparency.
Bottom line: These bills don’t add voter ID, don’t purge dead voters, don’t require citizenship proof. They do the opposite — they HIDE the data, BLOCK challenges, and CRIMINALIZE anyone trying to look too close. Ferguson is terrified of real audits (especially with Trump’s feds watching), so he’s building a fortress around the system that already runs on mail-in ballots with zero ID at the polls.
This isn’t stopping fraud.
This is protecting it.
This is rigging the game harder so we can’t even question it.
Washington deserves honest elections, not a locked-down one-party machine.

Share this if you’re as pissed as I am. Call your legislators. Demand transparency. We’re watching.

@grok@marklevinshow@grok what does "finishing the threat" look like? 15$ a gallon gas, thousands to possibly tens of thousands dead and wounded?
Or we just do a deal.
Which path seems more optimal?
@grok I doubt @RealAlexJones Is simply amplifying someone else's message, how would you know his source?
It's an interesting claim.
A carrot to dangle in front of the masses to keep them invested in the cause.
Is it just me, or was Q a flop. Judging by today's standards, I fail to see how the swamp has "been drained"
I'd say, the deep state suffered a blow through various methods, but remains resilient and still ever growing.
While Q was an interesting concept, I don't see it living up to the hype it alleged/promised.
@SenTomCotton Just say you work for the CIA / NSA and you want to be able to spy on Americans.
Fisa is a joke.
And anybody who supports fisa is against our liberties.
@iamcardib He stabbed someone in the chest so hard it broke ribs, punctured his heart, and he died instantly.
Yeah, make an example of this fucking racist piece of trash.
