Withdrawals for BCH and BSV are back. Deposits for BCH are back as well. Please note that we've temporarily changed the `withdraw` command so users don't accidentally withdraw coins to a wrong address (You will see the msg when you withdraw). As always, tipping still works.

@OnWindowly The goal of Tippr is to introduce *new* people to BCH and the concept of digital money. To best serve our users and to make it easy for them to easily interact with BCH, we need to ensure there are wallets, exchanges, and other apps ready for them to use BCH with. ABC offers this

@SKz_14 @tipprbot You get both ABC and SV coins. Once we re-enable deposits and withdrawals, we will only be supporting one chain. Withdrawals from both will be available. However, deposits will only be through one (real) BCH chain.
