நாட்டின் பொ���ுளாதார தலைநகரம் மும்பை உள்ள மாநிலம். நாட்டின் பணக்கார மாநிலம். உலக பணக்காரர்கள் வசிக்கும் மாநிலம். மகாராஷ்டிரா.

வெறும் 50 கோடி ரூபாயை மிச்சப்படுத்துவதற்காக மதிய உணவுத் திட்டத்தில் குழந்தைகளுக்கு வழங்கி வந்த முட்டையை நிறுத்தி இருக்கிறது அதே மகாராஷ்டிரா மாநிலம்.

மதிய உணவுத் திட்டத்தை பொறுத்த வரை நாட்டிற்கே ஏன் உலகிற்கு தமிழ்நாடு தான் முன்னோடி. இந்தியாவிலேயே எடை குறைவாக உள்ள குழந்தைகளின் எண்ணிக்கை மிக குறைவாக உள்ள மாநிலங்களில் தமிழ்நாடு ஒன்று. குஜராத்தை ஒப்பிடும்போது தமிழ்நாட்டில் எடை குறைவாக உள்ள குழந்தைகளின் எண்ணிக்கை 15 சதவீதத்திற்கும் குறைவு. இதற்கு மிக முக���கிய காரணம் தமிழ்நாட்டில் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் சத்தான மதிய உணவு திட்டம்.

தமிழ்நாட்டைப் பின்பற்றி தற்போது 14 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் ஒரு யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களில் மதிய உணவில் முட்டை என்பது வழகப்படுகிறது பெரும்பாலானவற்றில் வாரத்திற்கு ஒருமுறை அல்லது இருமுறை மட்டும் தான்.

மத்திய பிரதேசம் கோவா உள்ளிட்ட மாநிலங்களில் மதிய உணவு திட்டத்தில் முட்டை வழங்கப்பட்டு வந்த நிலையில் பாஜக ஆட்சிக்���ு வந்ததற்கு பிறகு அவை நிறுத்தப்பட்டது.( மதம் சார்ந்த காரணங்கள் ஒருபுற���் இருக்கிறது)

அந்த வரிசையில் தற்போது இணைந்திருக்கிறது மற்றொரு பாஜக ஆளும் மாநிலமாக மகாராஷ்டிரா. சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலின் போது பெண்களுக்கு மாதம் உதவித்தொகை வழங்கும் திட்டத்தை கையில் எடுத்து அதன் வாயிலாகவே பெரும் வெற்றியை பெற்றது பாஜக கூட்டணி ஆனால் ஆட்சி அமைந்து இரண்டே மாதங்களில் அந்தத் திட்டத்தை முழுமையாக செயல்படுத்த முடியாத நிலைக்கு வந்திருக்கிறது.

இன்னொரு பக்கம் குழந்தைகள�� சாப்பிடும் மதிய உணவுத் திட்டத்தில் முட்டையை நிறுத்துகிறது நம் மாநில அரசு. இதன் மூலமாக 50 கோடி ரூபாயை அந்த அரசன் வருடத்திற்கு மிச்சப்படுத்த முடியும்.

புரதச்சத்து குறைபாடு குழந்தைகளுக்கு பெரும் பிரச்சனையாகவே இருந்து வரும் நிலையில் பள்ளிக்கூடங்களில் கொடுக்கும் இந்த இலவச முட்டைகள் அதை ஓரளவிற்கு சரி செய்து வந்தது ஆனால் அதையும் நிறுத்த முடிவு எடுத்து இருக்கிறது அரசு இதில் மிக முக்கியமான மற்றொரு விஷயம் மாநிலங்களிலேயே அதிக ஜிடிபி வாரி குவிக்கும் மகாராஷ்டிரா அரசு ஏற்கனவே வாரத்திற்கு ஒரு நாள் தான் முட்டை கொடுத்து வந்ததே தவிர தமிழ்நாட்டைப் போல வார��் முழுவதும் அல்ல.

எதை மிச்சப்படுத்த யாரை திருப்தி படுத்த குழந்தைகளின் தட்டில் கை வைக்கிறார்கள் என தெரியவில்லை??

The report says, the policy was modified following protests from right-wing groups. In contrast, governments in southern states have added to the number of eggs given to children to ensure their protein requirements are met. Last year, the Karnataka government announced it would be providing children under the midday meal scheme with one egg six days of the week.

I am sure the NDA Government has many challenges as they form a new Govt

But the one that deserves highest priority is the most sensitive issue pertaining to the future of millions of students; the Fiasco of #NEET2024result

Unlike previous years, this year a total of 67 students have scored 720/720 marks, achieving AIR 1 rank which raises many questions

Several students scored 718 and 719 marks, which is not possible in an exam with a (+4, -1) marking scheme. NTA then said, they have given ‘Grace Marks’ for a few. Some students have reportedly received up to +100 grace marks. The results were hastily declared on the same day as the election results.

A few questions/demands to the NDA Govt:

1) No student from Telangana is in the Top 5 for the first time in the last 5 years. This is due to various irregularities is what we believe

2) We demand the Govt to disclose the process followed for allocating grace marks. There should be a standardized methodology that benefits everyone, not just a select group of 1,500 students

3) Overall, we demand justice and request the formation of a high level expert committee to probe thoroughly & ensure fairness for all students and their families
