@CDNAPLSource I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved with this company since May 24th. Anyone considering this company buyer beware. They do not respond and send you to their service line that do not help you. They have you fill out forms and wait. This company is terrible

@RogersHelps 25 hour outage. No communication, no information - lost productivity and no services . @Rogers let us know what you think please of this service for my 500/month fees.
@Rogers another outage. Friday night of a long weekend and we have been out for 6 hours in Whitby. Called in twice and zero Information! Apparently we are still in Roger’s acceptable outage timeframe. Want to switch to @bell but I am told I am in a contract
@RogersHelps Just learned a neighbour called Roger’s minutes ago and @Rogers stated there is no reported outage in our area. TV is is despite 5 phone calls since noon yesterday where it was reported. No @Rogers truck in our area - no work being done to restore
