@SkyHelpTeam - Hey Sky. My SkyQ Mini box keeps buffering and freezing whenever I watch anything - I have tried turning it off and on as well as resetting it but it’s still the same - I have Sky Broadband and everything else in the house is working okay, Any ideas?
