@mnwsth If it's a voluntary thing, it's a different story altogether. I do work for 12-14 hours at least 3-4 times a week when I think I m learning tremendously from work, nobody's forcing me, so i feel much at ease when doing so too. But actually imposing it? I would pass.

@BellamSwathi Nobody gets paid 1 crore, 3 crore if they don't bring value and output > 3 crore to the table. It's not communism where everybody would get paid equally. If you are unhappy with your job, you can switch but would you able to bring that output?
