मेरी Honda SP125 पहले 1 लीटर पेट्रोल में लगभग 60 किमी चलती थी। लेकिन जब से एथेनॉल मिश्रित पेट्रोल का इस्तेमाल बढ़ा है, मेरी बाइक का माइलेज 35 किमी/लीटर से भी कम हो गया है

कल ऑफिस जाते समय घर से कुछ ही दूर निकला था कि बाइक अचानक बंद हो गई और ��िर स्टार्ट ही नहीं हुई। मजबूरी में उसे धक्का देकर घर लाया और ऑफिस जाने के लिए रैपिडो बुक करनी पड़ी

शाम को मैकेनिक के पास ले गया। टैंक खोलकर देखा तो उसमें करीब 1 लीटर पेट्रोल था, लेकिन लगभग 1.5 लीटर पानी जैसा अलग हुआ तरल (मैकेनिक के अनुसार एथेनॉल/नमी) जमा था। यह देखकर मैं हैरान रह गया

अगर सरकार एथेनॉल मिश्रित ईंधन को बढ़ावा देना चाहती है, तो कम से कम लोगों को विकल्प तो मिलना चाहिए। जिसे एथेनॉल मिश्रित पेट्रोल लेना है, वह ले; जिसे सामान्य पेट्रोल चाहिए, उसे वह उपलब्ध हो। बिना विकल्प दिए आम लोगों को परेशान करना उचित नहीं है

इथेनॉल बहस में कार कंपनियों की कोई आवाज़ नहीं है। उन्हें सामने आकर अपना पक्ष रखना चाहिए। उनके सर्विस स्टेशन में कारें आती होंगी। बाइक आती होगी। कुछ तो फीडबैक होगा। उन्हें पता होगा कि मंत्री सही बोल रहे हैं या नहीं। क्या उन्हें भी डर लग रहा है? इतनी बड़ी बड़ी कार कंपनियाँ हैं और चूँ तक नहीं ? डर इस देश का बुनियादी चरित्र हो गया है।

❌ Which exact device they will send
❌ Whether it’s NEW or REFURBISHED
❌ Battery health details
❌ Water Resistance Rating
❌ Replacement quality standards
❌ Google cannot guarantee battery health percentage
❌ Google cannot guarantee IP/water resistance rating

And in writing, Google Support confirmed:
⚠️ Once payment is made, there is NO refund and NO return — even if you are unhappy with the replacement device quality sent later.

Most shocking part?

Google could not even confirm whether they have any minimum measurable quality standards/policies for refurbished replacement devices:

Battery health %
Water resistance integrity like IP rating

So basically:

Pay first.
Find out later what device you got.
No refund. No choice.
Without transparency, measurable quality benchmarks or refund rights.

This is not premium after-sales support.
This is “trust us after payment.”
