@pyoor Hi @pyoor, co-founder of Stable here. While EVs definitely help, it's complicated! Many high EV count locations are saturated with competition, and there are *tons* of incentives for DACs (disadvantaged communities). Optimizing placement within a DAC is a v common ask we get.

This is from a real customer of ours. Stable's predicted Year 0 usage of ~30 sessions/wk growing at BNEF's sales rate (scaled by local EV registration rate), a demand-charge free tariff (BEV 2) & LCFS. 2021 Avg in CA = 33 sessions/wk
